Staff Communication – we tailor design and implement communication programs to ensure staff' s positive attitude and commitment to the new organization.

Staff Redeployment, Termination and/or Redundancy– we provide advice to senior management on staff redeployment, termination and/or redundancy on new structure for new organization.

Post merger & acquisition

We tailor design and implement culture integration programs for different levels of management and staff in the form of workshops, forums and events with the purpose to integrate and establish a new corporate culture.
