		understand business and organizational needs and challenges, i.e. what is the company trying to achieve and how? Typically, we would meet with top and middle management, existing HR (if any), study relevant HR documentation and practices.
		define clearly the HR issues and specific HR needs to meet the business objectives, i.e. clear and comprehensive HR Planning.
		develop strategic HR interventions to meet the needs and resources available. Interventions may be one or a combination of organizational restructuring, recruit new staff,terminate staff or redundancy, salary and/or benefits review, performance appraisal, automate or steam-line process, staff training .....etc.
		tailor design pragmatic HR programs to meet companies directions and goals,i.e. conduct salary and benefits review, recruit new staff, revise specific HR policies, practices and procedures, conduct training programs ..... etc.
